My Best Buddies - Editor's Note

Some say true friendships can withstand time and trials; others say friendships are like passing clouds – they come, stay and then leave.

For me, my best friends are the ones who have gone through with me thick and thin, and those who come, stay and never leave. They were always there for me during the bad times and they shared with me the joy when I got married last year.

I cherish my best friends although we don't see each other often. Many times, we are so caught up with our work, children and families, and hardly have time to even talk on the phone. Yet I know we will be there for each other the moment something terrible happens.

Few weeks ago, I went back to IJ for cooking lessons. It was not for learning how to make scones or fruit crumble, it was more for the fellowship with my old friends and their children (p3).

Best friends can be so hard to come by. So do remember your special friends this season, perhaps have a cup of coffee together and enjoy this issue of TrueBluePress.
